Our North East operations office
A registered, ground-owned DMC trusted by 250+ travel agents across India.
We don't sell tours. We design the North East, mountain by mountain, story by story.
TripTrix Voyages is rooted in the Himalayas. From inner-line permits to hidden homestays, we open doors most agencies never find — and we stay on the ground with you, from first message to final farewell.

Four promises we make on the ground
We live where we send you
TripTrix is headquartered in the North East. Our planners have walked the passes, negotiated the permits and eaten at the family kitchens we recommend. This is not a catalogue — it is our home.
One point of contact, enquiry to farewell
You deal with a single coordinator for the entire trip — no call-centre queues, no handoffs, just one person who knows the itinerary and your agency by heart.
Access the map cannot show
Inner-line permits, remote homestays, festival passes and hand-picked local guides. As a ground DMC we open doors that generic agencies simply cannot.
Grounded, transparent, on the ground 24/7
Fixed, honest pricing and a real human reachable on the ground throughout your trip. Support that lives in the same time zone as your adventure.

What our agent partners say
“TripTrix handles our North East series like clockwork. Net rates come fast, rooming lists are respected, and my clients never know there's a DMC behind the scenes.”
“Permits, Innova fleet, homestays — everything confirmed within hours. The margins they leave us are healthy and the on-ground support is genuinely 24x7.”
“I've moved 40+ groups to Sikkim & Meghalaya through them. Zero surprises on the ground, transparent net pricing, and vouchers that make my agency look premium.”
“Their Bhutan permits and hotel blocks saved my season. Quotes are quick, and they never poach my clients — exactly what a B2B partner should be.”
“As an agent I care about two things: response time and reliability. TripTrix nails both. A landslide reroute was handled without me even calling my client.”
“The fleet is real and well-maintained — no last-minute vehicle swaps. Net rate sheets are clean, so I can price for my clients in minutes.”

Questions travel agents ask us
What is a DMC, and why do travel agents need one for North East India?
A DMC (destination management company) is your ground team: we contract hotels, run vehicles, secure permits and manage guides in the region while you sell the trip under your brand. North East India has permits, seasonal roads and remote logistics, so a local DMC removes the operational risk for your agency.
How do I get net rates for North East India tour packages?
Send your client's dates, group size and preferred hotel category through the enquiry form or WhatsApp. Our trade desk replies with confidential net rates and a day-wise itinerary within 24 hours on working days. There are no retail prices on this site — net rates are shared only with registered travel agents and tour operators.
Which destinations does TripTrix Voyages cover?
All eight North East Indian states — Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura — plus Darjeeling, Bhutan and Nepal. We operate from Siliguri with a branch office in Guwahati, covering 11+ Himalayan destinations.
Do you handle permits like ILP and PAP for restricted areas?
Yes. We arrange Inner Line Permits for Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram and Manipur, Protected Area Permits for parts of Sikkim, and Bhutan entry formalities. Share your clients' nationalities and route and we handle the paperwork end to end.
Can you white-label itineraries and ground services for my clients?
Every itinerary — FIT, honeymoon, family, group or MICE — is delivered white-labelled, so your client only ever sees your agency's brand while our ground team runs the trip.
How fast does TripTrix respond to a booking enquiry?
We confirm availability and net rates within 24 hours on working days, then hold services while you close your client. While the group travels, our ground team is reachable 24/7.
Send us a brief. We'll draft the itinerary.
Send us the dates, pax and destinations and our trade desk comes back within 24 hours with net rates and a workable itinerary — no obligation.
